To produce multiple and diversified kinds of part inexpensively and easily by providing mechanisms that can adjust the position of a die from the outside of a slider in a rotary forging machine. CONSTITUTION:Prior to performing of production of parts, a handle 42 projecting to the outer part of a slider 19 is rotated to rotate a geared nut 34 by way of a worm 40, a worm gear 39 and the 1st gear 38. The nut 34 rotates on the outside circumference on the 1st ram 32, and a slider 19 moves upward and downward with respect to the 1st ram 32. By the upward and downward movements of this slider 19, the position of a die 27 of the time when the 1st ram 32 reaches the top end of the 1st cylinder barrel 31 is selected in accordance with the shape of desired parts. Thence, the blank material held in the die 27 with respect to a punch 11 making precession is brought to the prescribed position corresponding to the shape of the parts by the operation of the 1st cylinder system of a two-step stroke cylinder 30, and in that position, it is locally pressed by the punch 11, whereby it is gradually deformed and the parts of a desired shape are produced.
